**JOB DUTIES:**

+ Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning Management system. Play a critical role overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Design and architect solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
