Job Description
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Can render a minimum of 400 hours of internship
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware & software
- Maintains open communication and a positive working relationship with staff.
- Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
