• Lead and manage system integration projects to support transport & distribution operations.
• Manage and maintain interface specifications for WMS-middleware integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth data flow and system compatibility.
• Analyze system requirements to design and implement effective integration solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Coordinate and support integration tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support the analytics department by providing integrated data solutions for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular system performance reviews and recommend improvements.
