Job Purpose
Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities Technical SupportProvide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone
Assist users with login issues, password resets, and system access
