About the Role

Essential Job Duties

  • Responsible for managing, installing, maintaining, supporting and server backup of all Windows servers and domain controllers.
  • Responsible for managing, maintaining, supporting and backup/restore of Exchange 2003 servers and future upgrade to newer version.
  • Monitor servers and networks performance and proactively optimize their performance.
  • Work with other teams to promote changes to production and other environments
  • After-hour support of production systems as necessary.

  • Experience

  • End user support including pc operating systems, hardware, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Maintenance of desktop pcs, patches, updates, etc.
  • Participate in after hours on-call rotation
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
  • Backup System Engineer(s) as needed on any technical issues
