Responsibilities 1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices. 2. Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). 3. Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure environment including virtual machines, storage, and cloud services. 4. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and system-related issues across the organization. 5. Install, configure, and upgrade PCs, operating systems, and business applications. 6. Perform regular system monitoring, backups, patching, and preventive maintenance of servers and endpoints. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption. 8. Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies in Active Directory and Azure AD. 9.
