Job Description: . 1-2 Years of working experience in managing computer systems, hardware, software and IT asset management . System maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on systems (server and user computers) and networks . Software and hardware: Installing, updating, and anticipating the cost of replacing or updating computer items . Security: Implementing security measures, monitoring security policies, and ensuring compliance with requirements . Network maintenance: Analysing, testing, and troubleshooting network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud networks . Troubleshooting: Identifying technical problems and deploying solutions to fix them . User needs: Identifying user needs with technology .
