About the Role
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to regional users
- Maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, and systems
- Ensure IT security, system stability, and preventive maintenance
- Support IT standardization and digital transformation projects
- Support ERP, MES, and WMS systems
- Work closely with regional teams and vendors
- Travel to Singapore and Thailand when required
