- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT engineering or related roles.
- Knowledgeable about hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experiences with networking protocols and technologies.
- Strong ability to provide technical support and resolve user issues effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and production equipment.
- Provide technical support for office and production users.
- Install and monitor hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure data security, backups, and minimal system downtime.
- Assist in IT projects, system improvements, and network maintenance.
