Role: IT Developer Service Manager (12 month FTC) – Location: Singapore – Position type: Full time, contract

This role strengthens the regional technology environment across Singapore and Australia, ensuring alignment with Lloyd’s governance, control, and regulatory expectations. It combines hands‑on technical development with IT service management and local technology oversight, acting as the bridge between London IT, Group Data & Technology, and local business teams.

• Development and Solution Delivery (≈80%)
  • Design, build and deploy secure, audited solutions to rationalise and replace local EUCs (Excel, Access) using SQL Server, Power BI, Power Automate, or other enterprise‑grade technologies.
  • Develop automated workflows and data processes supporting underwriting, claims, finance, and catastrophe modelling.
