This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1/2 Desktop Support Analyst to join a professional services organisation, as part of one of the leading organistaions in their field.

This person should have excellent communication skills, and be capable of dealing with senior level executives.

About you

• Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
• Experience supporting AV equipment, including setting up conference rooms.
• Experience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
• Experience offering support both remotely and in person.<...
