IT Desktop Support Analyst

At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a IT Desktop Support Analyst to join our team.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our IT support team. Our IT department ensures that all digital systems, infrastructure, software, and data operations run smoothly to support the group.

As a IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide1st and 2nd line support, across the business on a remote and field based basis.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide 2nd line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Act as an escalation point for 1st line support
• Deliver on-site and remote desktop support across the business
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and software updates
