The Role As an IT Support Technician you will provide first line technical support to end users of IT equipment regarding account administration, distribution of software and documentation, system/network status, and problem entry via problem tracking tool. You will also answer technical questions and perform troubleshooting regarding use and identification of personal computer hardware and software related to network communications, and train and lead lower-level employees.
