Functie
As the Business Partner – HR & WFM, you will act as the key bridge between local business domains and TDDI by capturing business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and connecting with regional TDDI to deliver effective solutions. You align IT initiatives with business priorities, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures that IT investments generate measurable business value.
Actively participate in the Regional Community of Practice (CoP) within the Application domain, exchanging knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the region.
Contribute to the business domain and TDDI roadmap by gathering business needs, including cost and budget considerations, and aligning them with the relevant TDDI solution centers.
