IT Business Development Executive (Remote)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills

Requirements

1. Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English is a must)
3. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Sales or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
4. 3+ years of proven experience in business development, particularly in IT staffing, managed services, and software development customization
5. Proficient in full-cycle business and development, especially in selling IT resources, contract/temporary, or headhunting services
