IT Business Analyst – Telco Systems & Applications

For our client – a leading player in the telecom infrastructure industry – we’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of key business applications (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning). Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and model Telco business processes (BSS/OSS/CRM/Billing)
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
• Work closely with development and product teams to define effective solutions
• Create analytical documentation, requirement specs, and process diagrams (BPMN/UML)
• Support QA teams in designing test scenarios
