IT Asset Management Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure policies and procedures across the IT asset management lifecycle are complied with, including:
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets by working with relevant IT stakeholders
• Software requests and license assignment adhere to the agreed process
• Performing software compliance analysis and identify non-compliant software for remediation
• All hardware and software assets are properly recorded and tagged, status and ownership are updated timely and accurately
• Wall-to-wall asset sighting/verification is performed periodically
• Asset disposals are in accordance with company policy and regulation
• Support the procurement of IT hardware, software and services as required, e.g. review of purchase requests, placing of orders
