Job Description
- Configure, develop, and deliver system software components across all functional areas and DEDON global entities.
- Create new customizations and modify existing applications and system integrations based on business requirements.
- Perform data conversions, troubleshoot application issues, and develop effective resolutions.
- Install and implement service packs, patches, and hotfixes as required.
- Act as a technical liaison between IT and business users in collaboration with Business System Analysts.
- Support testing activities for internally or externally developed functionality against defined business requirements.
