SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an IT and Software Support Consultant. POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric.
• Relevant IT qualification/s would be advantageous.
• 2 - 3 years experience in IT / Software support role. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 
• Experience creating training material or help documentation will be advantageous. 
• Understanding of software integrations and system workflows. 
• Leadership or team coordination experience will be advantageous. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software testing.
• Issue logging.
• Integration setup.
• Client communication.
• Client on-boarding.
• Support team management.
• Help-file creation (video and text).
