Apt Resources is looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Administrator to lead our clients IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and services within our organization in .

This role will be responsible for Wi‑Fi, email, hardware, CRM, domains, hosting and data security while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations in Business Bay Dubai UAE.

Responsibilities

• Wi‑Fi Management
  • Regularly review and update Wi‑Fi security protocols.
  • Change network passwords as required.
  • Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity (Monthly/Quarterly).
• Email Management
  • Create and configure new employee email accounts.
  • Provide setup instructions for approved devices.
