Key Responsibilities
- Support document filing, digitisation, and records management
- Track backup media movements and maintain related records
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory management of IT assets and peripherals
- Update and maintain asset and storage records
- Support audit, verification, and disposal exercises for IT equipment
- Liaise with service providers on routine operational matters
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage records accurately and follow procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior administrative, records management, or IT support experience is an advantage
