About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Australian clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customer engagement, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand M2S's technology and consulting services. The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise IT accounts, understands technology solutions, and has exposure to software used within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
