Track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till resolution is reached and ticket is closed. Creating Knowledge Base after resolving problems to reduce time frame for next time. Installation, Configuration Printer, Scanner etc. at Project sites. Assembling and Configuring and Troubleshooting of Computers and Laptops Hardware. Providing Resolution through MS Team, Team viewer. Work on Asset Inventory management Installation and configuration LAN/WAN Connectivity
