About the Role: We are currently looking for Ironworkers. This role is requiring ironworker-type skills (such as welding, structural fabrication, and metal processing) focus on high-volume, rapid production, and structural assembly. You will perform fabrication and repairs to metal components, including structural aluminum die castings, to ensure high-quality production of energy storage units.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate weld fixtures, MIG (GMAW), or spot-welding equipment.
• Read blueprints and specifications to lay out, position, and secure steel or aluminum parts for assembly.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production die sets.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move large metal components.
• Adhere to strict safety standards, including PPE usage and working with molten metal.
