Description: We are seeking an experienced Ironworker to support an Oil & Gas project. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on the major oil sands mine expansion project for our client. Apply now and join the Ledcor team in Fort McMurray, AB.
Responsibilities
- Perform stick-built steel erection for structural steel buildings and structural steel panelization projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work layout and installation requirements.
- Position steel members, align holes, insert temporary bolts, and complete bolt-up and impacting activities to secure structural components.
- Execute heavy lifting, rigging, and setting of building modules and structural assemblies.
