IQA Engineer

Job Description

The Incoming Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials, components, and outsourced parts meet the required specifications and quality standards before they are released to production. This role drives material quality assurance, incoming inspection strategies, supplier performance improvement, and effective non‑conformance management. The Incoming Quality Engineer works closely with suppliers, cross‑functional engineering teams, and warehouse/incoming inspection teams to maintain consistent, reliable, and defect‑free materials for manufacturing.
