About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of returned items acquired from Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and other relevant online shopping platforms.
- Identify defects and assess the nature and extent of problems present in returned products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions to address identified issues and prevent future returns.
- Maintain a detailed and organized log of reasons for product returns, utilizing this information to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate regular reports summarizing return item findings, including defect analysis, root causes, and recommended solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to ensure that all returned items are accurately recorded and tracked within the system.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
