Location: Sabi Sands / Thabazimbi. Luxury Lodge Environment.

Role Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-driven Inventory Controller to oversee multi‑department stock management at a luxury lodge operating across Sabi Sands and Thabazimbi. This role requires strong control discipline, analytical ability, and full accountability for inventory integrity, audit readiness, and operational stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Governance & Daily Controls
  • Oversee daily stock movements across all departments (Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, Stationery, Operational Equipment, etc.)
  • Ensure strict SOP compliance across all inventory processes
  • Verify all Inventory Administrator inputs (POs, GRNs, transfers, wastage, issues, credits)
