Inventory Control and Parts Coordinator (Schomberg)

We are currently hiring for an Inventory Control and Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping the shop running efficiently by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. Working closely with the Shop Foreman and mechanics, this position manages the acquisition, inventory, and distribution of parts to support timely and accurate repairs.

Position Overview

• Work with Shop Foreman and mechanics to ensure timely acquisition of parts and appropriate parts inventories
• Dispatch parts runner
• Receive parts into inventory and match against purchase orders
• Issue repair parts to mechanics and ensure appropriate tracking
• Ensure all unused parts are returned for credit
• Check pricing (multiple quotes) to ensure best pricing available
• Complete periodic and annual inventory verification
• Perform other duties as assigned
