Inventory Analyst

Summary

: The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production and operational efficiency. Essential Functions:

Continuous upkeep of system part data, inventory data accuracy, and flow of inventory through system data, in spite of planned changes or additions, as well as all sources of inaccuracies, transactional mistakes or omissions made by all personnel, deviations from standard processing, and other anomalies. Do so in a manner which balances the needs of manufacturing for timely and effective implementation as well as needs of financial department for structured changes and minimum unplanned cost and inventory value fluctuations.

Implement small- and large-scale periodic inventory cycle counts, through proper organization of system, manpower, and hardware. Follow up on cycle counts, analyze, root cause discrepancies.
