The Inventory Administrator is responsible for:
The Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting the integrity, accuracy, and reporting of inventory across the retail network and distribution centres. This includes coordinating cycle counts, managing store inquiries, ensuring RFID data accuracy, producing critical stock reporting, and supporting continuous improvement of inventory processes.
Key Result Areas and Responsibilities
A. Inventory Administration
- Ensure timely review of Freshdesk tickets relating to inventory.
- Maintain consistent tracking and follow-up of in-transit stock.
- Respond to store tickets regarding RFID and Inventory requests/inquiries.
- Manage the Inventory and RFID shared inboxes with support from the Head of Inventory.
