Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Training Consultant in managing client engagements, coordinating training programmes, and developing learning content. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate training, client management, and learning & development (L&D) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination & Operations
- Assist in organising training sessions (virtual & physical)
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and participants
- Prepare training materials, attendance lists, and reports
- Support HRDC claimable documentation (if applicable)
Client & Business Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and training decks
- Conduct basic research on client industries and training needs
- Support follow-ups with clients via email/WhatsApp
