About the Role
ou will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.Key Responsibilities:
Technology Team
Development Support
Review manual testing processes to identify areas for automation or improvement and support the development and testing of basic automation concepts.
Document findings and present outcomes through simple process maps, recommendations, or a working prototype/demo.
Artificial intelligence (AI)
Support the AI Engineering team in building applications and agentic AI workflows aligned with user requirements and enterprise safety standards.
