About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily & ad-hoc HR & Admin tasks.
  • Capture product footage, BTS, and lifestyle shots.
  • Organize UGC files and content folders.
  • Prepare content for the video editor.
  • Pack influencer parcels and update shipment trackers.
  • Assist at booths/events and capture on-site content.
  • Update simple spreadsheets and content calendars.
  • Assist HR & Admin Executives to perform daily and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Prepare for training class and related documentation job.
  • Support on handling Employee Benefit.
  • Assist on General Clerical job such as filing, documentation and etc.
  • Assist on Corporate Social Responsibility event.
  • Conduct survey to get feedback from employee benefits and others.
  • Assist on decoration of festival.
  • Ensure company landscape facilities are in good condition and always switched off when not in use.
