Internship – Supplier Management (P&WC)

Internship dates: August 31 to December 18, 2026.

Location: Longueuil, Quebec. Internship is Monday to Friday with flexible hours, exclusively on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&WC suppliers' sub-tier declarations approval process.
• Validate suppliers' sub-tier declarations using pre-determined criteria.
• Follow up with suppliers, including communication and clarification of their declarations.
• Report on project progress.
• Support P&WC Supplier Request for Information (RFI) process.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders (e.g., Lab, Engineering, Drafting) for open and aging supplier RFIs.
• Provide P&WC signed/approved response (Form 3) to supplier.
• Conduct process mapping and write work instructions to support the non-product supplier management process.
