About the Role
- Assist in coordinate corporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and events.
- Assist in implementing corporate communication strategies and initiatives.
- Support the handling of complaints and feedback from staff and client.
- Support internal communication between HQ and site management offices.
- Assist in preparing communication materials during disputes, complaints, and operational incidents.
- Assist in managing and update corporate social media platforms, including drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Support in monitoring online review, comments, and digital feedback, and coordinate appropriate responses in line with company communication guidelines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Corporate Communication or related field.
- Intermediate or advance in editing tools.
