Lead transaction processes end‑to‑end, including structuring, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments. Contribute to the definition and execution of M&A strategies, aligned with corporate objectives and capital allocation priorities. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring efficient and controlled execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective reporting to senior management.
