International Communications Leader

The International Communications Leader (ICL) is a member of the Global Pharma Strategy (GPS) communications team at Roche. The ICL is responsible for end‑to‑end product and portfolio communications strategies, driving portfolio and commercial objectives through high‑impact external communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global product and disease area communications plans, including strategy, tactics and resources.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners – affiliate communicators, corporate and internal communications, media relations, investor relations, and product development leaders – to ensure alignment and successful delivery of communications activities.
• Provide counsel to the Lifecycle Leader and the Commercialisation Strategy Leader on communications matters.
