Responsibilities
- Manage daily freight forwarding activities of the company to include all sea, air, road operations import/export process and warehousing.
- Handling operations, daily follow up with Carrier/Agents for shipments arrival date.
- Follow up shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with Customers.
- Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with shipping lines.
- Maintaining the accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements, and the achievement of KPIs
- Able to deal with shippers/consignees requirements
- Able to deal with truckers and customs clearance brokers
- Able to deal with agents worldwide
- Explore new fields of business development
- Maintaining good relations with shipping Lines and clients
- Develops people to their highest potential through necessary training and performance management
