Position Summary: The role involves managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. The ideal candidate should have engineering expertise , strong knowledge of CX and CRM tools , and experience working in an MNC environment .
Key Duties
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
