Position Overview

This is a primarily internal-facing, non-customer-facing role that works closely with Project

Managers, Technical Architects, Engineering Teams, Finance, Resource Management, Sales Operations, and Professional Services leadership.

The Project Coordinator ensures the Professional Services projects remain organized, accurate and

execution-ready. This role owns project setup, operational reporting, resource visibility, timesheet

compliance, and data quality, enabling Project Managers and Technical Architects to focus on delivery and client success.

• Review newly signed Statements of Work and Closed-Won opportunities in HubSpot.
