Position Description Scope of the Position:•Dating order in Ariba for SHOCS and manage ASN.•Create NAFTA drop shipment documents in SAP and work on GR and PGI.•PTA number management, secure goods are shipped on time.•Select the right forwarder when the volume reaches the agreed volume with forwarders.•Shipping status follow-up and tracking with PBI report supporting.Day to Day Responsibilities:1.End to end logistic management based on Incoterm.•Understand the end-to-end logistic flow between each regions and plants.•Understand the volume and weights to the cost impacts.•Coordinate with IM plants for fast delivery. 2.Overall documents management through SAP and Ariba system•Date PO in Ariba, update the confirmed delivery date once it changes.
