About the Job

The Internal IT Services Expert is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the consumption of Global Shared Services (GSS) and local services within the Branch. This role ensures cost and consumption transparency, validates service usage, and supports compliance with governance standards. The expert will also facilitate the migration of local services into GSS where feasible, while maintaining high standards of IT governance and compliance for the remaining ones.

What You Do

• Maintain repository of services consumed by the branch. Keep a track on addition of new services, modifications in existing services availed.
• Proactively plan, monitor, and manage the consumption of Global Shared Services (GSS) by the branch.
