Position: Freelance Internal Finishing Manager (2 vacancies)
Project Type: Large-scale Commercial Build
Location: Coventry
Start Date: Immediate / Upcoming
Duration: Temp / Freelance Contract (To cover the project lifecycle)
Scope: White wall stage through to final handover
The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a leading main contractor, we are seeking two experienced Freelance Internal Finishing Managers to drive the interior fit-out of a high-profile, fast-paced commercial development in Coventry.
This is a pure delivery role. You will take ownership of designated floors/zones from the white wall stage (post-drylining) all the way through first/second fix, specialist finishes, and ultimate final handover to the client.
