Internal Communications Specialist

We are creating a new Internal Communications Specialist role to bring more clarity, flow, and culture to how we communicate across the group. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will work transversally across all companies, countries, and departments — ensuring people are informed, aligned, and engaged. This is an execution role with real ownership. You will not inherit a finished system — you will help build it.
