Support in processing volumes due to resource issues (low priority and non-complex PO’s / SO’s)

SOPs & Process maps for key activities – important for training new team members and backups, also for creating standard processes

data collection and validation including mapping of data,

cleansing of old & outdated data (specially aged open PO’s and sales orders pertaining to 2024 & prior) which is time consuming and current team members are unable to spend time

work on time and motion study for each of the activities of the 3 teams

standard reports for stakeholderr

Managing volumes to clear off backlog and on-time processing of orders

Back up for team members to focus on critical and import activities
