This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Ocean Freight Department. Responsibilities

• General correspondences with customer, suppliers, agents, and other inter‑department for ocean freight movements.
• Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements.
• Prepare relevant documentation for customer.
• Coordinate routine customer reports.
• Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards.
• Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs.
• Monitor internal data & system compliance.
