Responsibilities
- Supporting training coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and updating training records/database.
- Assisting in employee engagement activities, such as event planning, logistics coordination, and on site support. In 2026, planned 13 engagement activities and 8 CSR + Health You activities.
- Handling new joiner onboarding tasks, including, arranging typhoid vaccinations and medical check-ups, and ensuring documentation completeness.
- Coordinating recruitment events, including open interviews, walk in sessions, and job fairs.
- Managing HR administrative tasks, such as data updates, record maintenance, and compilation of HR reports.
