About the Role
By joining Peli Team in its EMEA Headquarters in Barcelona, for your professional placement, you will have the opportunity to be an active member of the Customer Support & Supply Chain departments and obtain great exposure and learning about our company marketing activities. This vacancy is currently open for a minimal length of 3 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in analyzing customer support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support ongoing process optimization initiatives within the Customer Service team
- Participate in mapping customer journeys to detect pain points and inefficiencies
- Provide support on other projects as directed by the Customer support & Supply Chain teams.
What You’ll Need:
- Pursuing completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Verbal and written fluency in English is a must and German language a plus. Any other European languages an advantage.
