About the Role
Leads Agile Development squads with autonomy and accountability across a number of projects/platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports 1-2 teams on a single backlog (AMS or PSS)
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different projects, different cultures, co located vs. distributed, etc).
- Coaches different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices
- Conducts Agile Events, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Educates the squads on the adoption of Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities.- Focuses squads on value creation
- Identifies obstacles to team/s performance; facilitates resolution and escalates where necessary
